walkincroatia.com is designed for the Users personal, noncommercial use. The website is not a tourist agency renting accommodation for a Landlord. The website is an on-line catalogue of accommodation in Croatia meaning that walkincroatia.com is used for promotion and advertisement of apartments, studios, rooms, villas, houses and other accommodation for guests or other services related to tourism, sport, recreation, holiday, relaxation and health.

The Company has a right to dismiss a User`s request to enter the system, when this is a condition to get a service, without explaining it.

The Company can, at any time, without explanation, disable completely or partially the User from using this website.

For all of this, the Company will not be held responsible for any damage or loss potentially made to a User/Advertiser/Owner when he/she couldn`t use the website.

Ownership, rights, regulations and copyright

All content is owned by the Company. By accepting terms and conditions Advertiser/User gives the Company the right to use photo and other multimedia. Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Company’s services and the full content of this website. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute or edit any of the content without a written permission from the Company. The website is merely sharing data provided by the Advertiser/User so it is not and can not be held responsible, in any way, if accommodation information is not true.

The Company will use the appropriate attention keeping in mind that all the information is true and correct, but will not be accountable for temporary malfunction, or damages that can cause.
